一、教学目标
（一）能够听懂、会说并初步运用关于数字的词汇fifteen, nineteen, thirteen, fourteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, crayon, begin等。
（二） 能够听懂、会说句型“There is/are…”,并能在实际情境中灵活运用；能够谈论数量。

用There are...对事物数量进行准确描述。

五、教学过程
Step1 Warming up
（一）Listen to a song about fingers to review numbers.
学生听歌熟悉数字单词
（二）教师用中文或英文说出数字，要求学生迅速地说出对应英文或中文数字。
Step2 Presentation
（1）学习Listen and chant.
Look at the picture and answer the questions.
看图引出问题：What can you see in the pictures? Who are they? What can you see on their fingers?How many faces can you see?看图学习新单词。
（二）学生听录音，学生快速读chant 的文本内容，并模仿语音语调。
（三）学习Listen,read and act out
教师引出话题，播放录音，让学生回答问题 Did Ms Smart buy any crayons yesterday?/ How many crayons did she buy?
（4）学习新单词
教师指导学圈出新单词，可灵活创造情景，让学生理解give out 和 all right的意思，并能在语境中自如运用，同时用PPT呈现不同数量的物品，引导学生用“There are...”句型做出回答。
（5）阅读的理解课文
学生互相解疑答难读句子,并将图片与句子连线。
（六）教师适当讲解课文，并让学生分角色扮演对话
Step 3 Consolidation and Extension
学生两人一组，统计教师的物品数量，利用所学知识“How many...?/There are...”进行问答。
Step4 Summary
Summarize what the students learned today.
Step5 Homework
请用there be句型介绍一下教室里有什么,比如书桌、椅子、电脑等。
